  1. There was great organazation. I liked how they informed us on the many inventions Nasa created while trying to fix other promblems. Group was to dependent on powerpoint.

  2. They did a very good job of showing the household products that have come from NASA. I learned that NASA had a part in the invention of memory foam. They presented this part very well. I think they really nailed thier presentation but could have added more of thier personal input to it.

  3. The information gathered for this presentation is very interesting. I knew NASA was part of many modern technologies, but baby formula surprised me. You did a good job showing how NASA makes important discoveries that impact the average person's day to day life. I would have liked to have heard more about NASA's physical location and facilities, but overall this was a very good and interesting presentation.

  4. This presentation was very interesting. I especially thought the innovations NASA has developed and were later implemented into everyday life were fascinating. I'd never heard the one about infant formula before.

The only thing I think would have helped would be a little more eye contact with the audience.

  5. I agree that the group could have relied on PowerPoint less but besides that it was a good presentation. I liked how they linked NASA to other things besides space (like baby formula and memory foam) as well as talking about the private space companies.

  6. Both presenters were easy to hear and spoke clearer. Amanda and Keith had good eye contact and keep the attention of the audience. I didn't realize the idea of baby formula came from NASA, I thought that was pretty cool. The presentation was really good at giving factual information, by also relating the ideas to everyday people. Maybe a few more run throws of the presentation would have made it go a little smoother, but I have to give them credit for going on the first day. The part of the presentation that was lacking, to me, was the ideas of people toward NASA. They didn't really hit on that too heavily but did touch on it at the end.

  7. With NASA making discoveries accidentally i cant help but wonder how many objects we use in our every day lives were come across completely by mistake.

  9. I would have liked to see more of their own personal opinions about NASA, but overall they knew what they were talking about even if they read from their power pint a little too much.

  10. I learned a lot from this group. I had no idea they invented baby formula. The whole presentation was good.

some of the information was a little confusing at times, but overall i thought the whole presentation was solid.

  11. There was lot of new information that i learned. I didnt realize how many things nasa invented. You guys did a good job of having lots of pictures and then talking about them. Overall you guys did a good job but one thing you could have done better is what the further holds.

  12. NASA is our final frontier, (of course after the deep abyss of the oceans) and we should be putting more resources into space. I enjoyed the fact that you brought up the Redbull free fall.

  13. I never realized how NASA influences technologies in everyday life and am now surprised that it doesn't get a lot of support. The presentation seemed to jump too quickly into major projects.

  14. I found it interesting how much NASA contributes to technology. The group did an awesome job of giving information. Very interesting fact that they helped with making infant formula. Nice job.

  15. Your presentation was organised and you seemed to know what you were talking about, having a lot of new information about NASA that a lot of people probably do not know about, including me. I believe your conclusion was a little skimpy, and suming up how they could be subject to "The Cycle" would have helped.

  16. I thought your presentation was nice! I forgot about all the things in modern day life that NASA has brought. :)

  17. It's nice that NASA be recognized for more than just people who send things into space or observe it, that what they do leads to breakthroughs we didn't even realize we wanted. Only thing I can say is don't say "um" during the presentation.

  18. What was well done was telling about the impact that Nasa had on America beginning in the late 50's leading into the 60's.What learned was Nasa helps discover new technologies by failures leading to success. The part of the presentation that was best I think would the part talking about smaller companies that corresponds to Tim Wu's The Master Switch of them one day replacing Nasa.
Constructive criticism: The presentation could have started off more easily if there weren't problems of bringing it up, but part from this there weren't any problems. What could have more clear is what are some the things that private companies do part from Nasa. The part that seem leat polished is What the impact of not having Nasa in the future would be.
